Meet the March 2022 iMIS Great Things Award Winners 

The iMIS Great Things Awards were created to celebrate and recognize clients and (their solution provider partners) who are using iMIS more, using it better and getting greater value from the platform; the award is not about being perfect, but it is about committing to and striving for continuous performance improvement using iMIS to advance your mission by serving your members, donors and community at the highest levels.

Awarded monthly, we review countless submissions from the iMIS community, sharing stories on the great things their peers, colleagues and partners are achieving. We are pleased to announce the March 2022 winners:

1. The ASI Learning Hub for their use of TopClass LMS by WBT Systems
2. Australian Restructuring Insolvency & Turnaround Association for their use of TopClass LMS by WBT Systems

Congratulations to the ASI Learning Hub for their use of TopClass by WBT Systems

The new ASI Learning Hub is built on the TopClass LMS by WBT Systems and is designed to provide a learning portal, access to training courses and learning on-demand. 

“ASI Clients with an active iMIS Learning Subscription can access the ASI Learning Hub at any time, from anywhere and complete learning courses relevant to their needs. Login to the ASI Client Support Portal to go to the ASI Learning Hub and get started with your iMIS EMS Learning!”

Allison Rose, Senior Trainer at ASI told us that, “Since we launched the ASI Learning Hub in September 2020, we now have over 200 courses in the Catalog and updated every week. Over 500+ client organizations using the ASI Learning Hub which means over 6000 users with access and that’s only going to increase now with the inclusion of ILS in new sales. We’ve had over 10,000+ courses have been completed, and there are currently 20,000+ courses are currently enrolled in or are in progress. So, we’ve done a lot in the past year and a half!”

In our first interview, Allison remarked on how many different ways she is finding to make use of TopClass LMS by WBT Systems and expand the usefulness of the ASI Learning Hub:

“In addition to our training courses and our various learning pathways we are using the ASI Learning Hub for the following. There are no limits to what can be done with this powerful tool:

Congratulations to the Australian Restructuring Insolvency & Turnaround Association for their use of TopClass LMS by WBT Systems

Raquel Bortoletto, Operations Director at ARITA tells us that, “We implemented TopClass LMS by WBT Systems to solve two of our problems: the desire to have both an LMS and a tool to run our virtual conference. We did a lot of research and learned most tools would cost us between A$10K and A$25K to run one event, whereas with the LMS we can run as many events and courses online as we wish and get more benefits from it.”

“Having TopClass LMS by WBT Systems already implemented helped us make quick decisions to expand our offerings and took a lot of pressure off the face-to-face events we can’t run,” said Raquel.

In the 2020 ARITA Annual Report, ARITA’s President expressed how the Board felt about the effort to launch TopClass LMS by WBT Systems:

“The rollout of the LMS was a Herculean task, led by our Director of Operations, Raquel Bortoletto. Such a rollout would normally take over a year, but Raquel delivered it in just two months despite having many other significant work responsibilities. This effort was recognized with a well-deserved President’s Award.”

The ASI Learning Hub has put more power, control, and resources in the hands of all subscribers to ASI educational offerings. The Australian Restructuring Insolvency & Turnaround Association represents more than 2,200 professionals who specialize in the fields of restructuring, insolvency and turnaround. ARITA is committed to providing innovative training and education, upholding world-class ethical and professional standards, partnering with government and promoting the ideals of the profession to the public at large. In 2020, ARITA delivered 70 professional development sessions to over 8,200 attendees. Congratulations to the ARITA for rising up in the face of great business disruption caused by the pandemic.
